How to delete your IMMUNE account

In the app

1. Open IMMUNE and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm deletion.

By email

If you no longer have access to the app, write to info@immune.im with the subject “Delete account” and your username. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

What is deleted

• Your profile: username, profile name, photo and phone number (if added).
• Your device records and push notification tokens.
• Your encrypted backups.
• Wallet addresses registered for incoming transfer notifications.
• Your bot subscriptions, bots you created, and data the bots keep about you (including Mattermost sign-ins).
• Message history and keys stored on your device.

What is not deleted

• Messages you already sent remain on recipients' devices.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are public blockchain records and cannot be deleted. Your funds stay in your wallet: save your recovery phrase before deleting the account if you want to keep access to them.
